Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with LifeVac. We dispatch your order as quickly as possible and ensure your products are transported safely. All prices include statutory VAT; any shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.

Delivery area

We deliver within Germany only. We are currently unable to accept orders with a billing or delivery address outside Germany.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days from dispatch confirmation, depending on the region and the carrier.

Dispatch confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, including tracking where available.

Incorrect delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries made to an incorrectly stated address.

Returns

Information on your right of withdrawal and on returning goods can be found in our Right of Withdrawal notice. Please note: the declaration of withdrawal should be sent to LifeVac GmbH, while the goods themselves are returned to the address below.
